Refund and Warranty policy
A full refund is available up to 30 days after receipt of the item, provided the following criteria are met:
You provide proof of purchase (order number or e-mail confirming the purchase), the garden and / or pods are unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received. You must also cover the cost of return.
To return an item to novagrow, you must contact us via [email protected] Our support team will provide shipping information and additional details if necessary. Returned products will require that we receive confirmation at an off-site location before the refund can be processed.
We do not offer exchanges. If you have any questions regarding product upgrades, please contact our support team at [email protected]
All our indoor gardens are guaranteed for 2 years. To be eligible for warranty replacement, the following criteria must be met:
You bought the product in the last 2 years, you have proof of purchase (order number or email confirming the purchase).
For indoor garden warranty requests, please contact our support team via [email protected] They will provide you with shipping information and additional details if necessary. We cannot provide a warranty replacement for any damage caused by the user.
Grow mats and seeds
Our natural fiber mat provides suitable conditions for the microgreens to thrive. However, you may be eligible for mat and seed replacement if any of the following situations have occurred:
- Germination rate is less than 80%
Remember that all of our products are intended for indoor use. We cannot replace mats and seeds if they have been kept outside. For mat and seed warranty requests, please contact our support team via [email protected] Please include a photo of the mat and the seeds with your message. Please also confirm the room temperature in which they were stored.
We are able to cover shipping costs incurred as part of a warranty return or warranty replacement.
If you wish to return your items for a reason not covered by the warranty, you must cover the shipping costs.
Damaged or defective items
All damaged packages must be reported to us within 5 working days of receipt. Please do not throw away any product or packaging until all shipping issues have been resolved.
