Clause 1: For the warranty clauses to be fulfilled, the Novagrow garden must be used by the customer following the Novagrow user guide.
Clause 2: In the event of a hidden defect at the time of delivery of the automated garden, Novagrow undertakes to repair the defect without delay.
Clause 3: Within 6 months of delivery of the garden, Novagrow undertakes to repair, at no cost to the customer, any broken or defective part of the system.
Clause 4: For the 2 years following delivery of the garden, Novagrow undertakes to repair any part of the automated garden to ensure its proper functioning. The customer will be responsible for the travel and labor costs required for the repairs, but not the costs of parts or materials used in the repairs. In all cases, Novagrow is committed to minimizing travel and labor costs.
Clause 5: In the event of a defect occurring after the warranty periods, the customer must contact Novagrow customer service in order to be guided and assisted in the required repairs.
